Decent Flexibility, But Expect to Be Onsite
Pros: They offer a solid hybrid work model, usually 2-3 days remote. This was great for me as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Austin. You can adjust your days in the office if needed, which is a big plus.
Cons: While it's hybrid, they're pretty strict about those onsite days. It's not truly flexible if you're hoping for full remote work. Sometimes it felt like micromanagement regarding office presence for internal teams.

Fine to start, but job security is tough
Pros: I liked the remote work flexibility as a Technical Recruiter. You learn a lot quickly in the tech recruitment industry. The team was pretty solid when things were going well.
Cons: Job security is a real worry here in the Austin, TX office. They've had several rounds of layoffs, which makes everyone nervous. It's not the place for long-term career stability.
Advice to Management: Focus on creating a more stable environment for employees. Better communication about business strategy would really help ease concerns about job security.
