Pros: The team is pretty solid, everyone's willing to help out. As a Print Production Specialist, I got to learn a lot about new printing technologies in the industry. The benefits package is actually quite good for a company this size.
Cons: Work flexibility is a real issue here. They really push for onsite work in the Chicago office, even for tasks that could easily be remote. It's tough to get any WFH days approved, which can mess with your work-life balance.
Advice to Management: Management needs to seriously rethink its approach to work flexibility and hybrid options. It would really help with employee retention and morale if they trusted staff more to work from home when appropriate, especially for roles like Print Production where some tasks don't require constant onsite presence.

Pros: They do offer a hybrid work model, which is nice. I can work from home two days a week, which helps with my commute. It's solid for basic work-life balance if your role doesn't demand constant onsite presence.
Cons: The "hybrid" model isn't very flexible beyond those two set days. For junior software engineers, there's not much wiggle room if you need more remote time. It feels a bit rigid for modern graphics software development, especially when working on Agile sprints.
Advice to Management: Consider more truly flexible options beyond a fixed hybrid schedule, especially for roles that can be done remotely. Trust your teams more with their schedules.
