Cons: Upper leadership struggled with consistent vision. It felt like product development decisions often changed on a dime, which was tough for engineering teams trying to deliver. Communication from the top was spotty at best.
Advice to Management: Establish a clearer, more stable roadmap for product development. Listen to the feedback from your engineering teams more closely and provide more transparent communication from senior leadership.
