Project Coordinator

Decent team, but company culture needs work
Pros: The people are genuinely good here, especially other Project Coordinators. Everyone helps out, which is great for a busy construction industry environment. There's a solid sense of camaraderie on project sites, especially within the Charlotte, NC operations.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough; long hours are common, especially as project deadlines loom. Upper management doesn't always set a clear direction, which creates some frustration. It often feels like teamwork stops at a certain level.
Advice to Management: Listen to the ground-level employees more. Improve communication between different departments and especially from upper management down. Try to foster a more consistent culture across all project teams.
