MORE places premium offshore Filipino talent and wraps them in the workflows, AI tools, and leadership that make them productive from week one. Traditional staffing gives growth-minded founders a resume and a start date. We give you a system: vetted talent embedded in role-specific SOPs, supported by AI agents that handle the repetitive work, and overseen by fractional leadership that catches gaps before they become problems. The result is 12+ months average retention, 60–70% lower cost than domestic hires, and operational capacity that doesn't depend on you carrying the load.

Why teams choose MORE:

A system, not a hire. Talent shows up inside documented workflows, dashboards, and escalation paths.
AI built in. Repetitive work is automated so your hire focuses on judgment, not data entry.
Fractional leadership. Executive oversight on every engagement keeps quality high and gaps closed.
Top 5% talent. Only the candidates who clear our skill, communication, and cultural-fit bar.
Cost without compromise. Flat $1,200–$2,300/mo per role, typically 60–70% less than the domestic equivalent.
Breadth across functions. Merchandisers, Media Buyers, Bookkeepers, Customer Service, Ecom Managers, Ops Leads, Creative Strategists, EAs, and more.
Trusted by operators. 400+ placements across 250+ companies in the US, UK, AU, and beyond.

Proven impact:

$370K+ saved at Southcord across 12 full-time hires
$200K+ saved at Factor Group; 360° fractional supply chain support delivered end-to-end at The Wander Club
11 hires across HR optimization at Love in Faith

How it works:

Install talent. We source, vet, and onboard. You make the final call.
Install workflows. Role-specific SOPs, dashboards, and AI agents go live with the hire.
Support performance. Coaching, the KUBO community, and fractional oversight keep the system compounding.

Staffing Coordinator

Decent flexibility for some, not all roles
Pros: As a Staffing Coordinator, I got a few hybrid work days a week, which was a big help. It's nice to have some remote options if you're working on temp placements or client outreach, especially in the staffing industry.
Cons: True work flexibility really depends on your specific team and manager in the Chicago office. Some roles, like candidate screening, are expected to be onsite more often, which can be tough if you need to WFH. It's not a consistent policy.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize remote work policies across all departments. It would improve morale and show a commitment to work-life balance for everyone, especially for all the roles in the staffing industry.

Recruiting Coordinator

Growth is tough as a Recruiting Coordinator here
Pros: You really learn about high-volume hiring quickly as a Recruiting Coordinator. It's solid experience for entry-level folks getting into talent acquisition. The team onsite in the Chicago office is generally pretty supportive.
Cons: Career growth is super limited. There aren't clear internal promotion paths, and it feels like you hit a ceiling fast at this mid-sized agency. You'll likely need to leave to advance your career in the staffing industry.
Advice to Management: Create clearer internal promotion tracks and invest in development programs for junior roles. It would help retain talent and show there's a future beyond just entry-level tasks.
