Cons: But the hours are just brutal, especially for Software Engineer roles. It's common to work 50-60 hour weeks. There isn't much personal time when you're always on the clock. It's tough to maintain a decent work-life balance.
Advice to Management: Managers need to really look at project scope and staffing. We need more realistic deadlines and better resource allocation. Give us some breathing room.
