Pros: It's pretty decent for a small DTC startup. I've been able to work remote a couple days a week. That flexibility helps a lot, especially as a Product Designer juggling different projects.
Cons: But it's not totally open-ended. You still feel the pressure of a startup, so there are times I can't really log off early. Onsite days can feel long, especially in the design office.
Advice to Management: Keep promoting work-life balance and maybe look into more remote options for roles that don't need to be onsite all the time. It really helps retention in this industry.

Pros: The hybrid work option is a solid perk. Coming into the NYC office 3 days a week lets you connect with people. It's nice to have some dedicated remote time too for deep work.
Cons: Honestly, the 'flexibility' isn't always there. As an E-commerce Specialist, sometimes you just need to be on calls, no matter where you are. It feels a bit rigid for a direct-to-consumer footwear startup, not really true hybrid work.
Advice to Management: Consider truly empowering teams with more choice on in-office days. For certain roles, like in e-commerce operations, being completely remote for a few more days a week would really boost productivity and employee morale. Focus on output, not just desk time.
