Pros: The team camaraderie among fellow Logistics Coordinators is solid. You definitely learn a lot about supply chain processes and how a large corporate logistics company operates in the Philippines.
Cons: Leadership can be inconsistent. There's not much clear direction from upper management for day-to-day express delivery tasks, which makes things tough. Sometimes it feels like they don't value our input.
Advice to Management: Work on providing clearer communication and consistent direction to your teams, especially for those in logistics operations. Listen to your front-line Logistics Coordinators more.
