Decent flexibility but workload can be heavy
Pros: I've really liked the remote work setup here. It offers decent work flexibility, which is a huge plus for my schedule. For project manager roles, that's often tough to find.
Cons: The biggest issue is the workload; it can get pretty intense. It's not always easy to keep a 40-hour week. Sometimes, you're just really grinding to meet medical communications deadlines.
Advice to Management: Try to better distribute the project load so employees aren't constantly working overtime. Support for remote employees could also be improved sometimes.

Tough to Grow Your Career Here
Pros: Remote work is a solid perk; I appreciate the work flexibility. You can do your job from pretty much anywhere, which is nice. The team's generally supportive for daily tasks.
Cons: Career growth as a Market Research Analyst is pretty slow. There aren't many clear paths to move up within the medical market research side of the company. I felt really stagnant after a couple of years, with few opportunities to learn new skills or take on bigger projects.
Advice to Management: Create more structured career paths and training programs for employees, especially in specialized roles. It'd really help keep people from feeling stagnant and improve retention in the healthcare industry.

Decent Flexibility, But Room for Improvement
Pros: I appreciated the initial hybrid model. For content roles, working from home a few days a week was a huge plus. It really helped manage my personal schedule and commute into the Fort Washington office.
Cons: The flexibility has gotten tighter lately. It feels like they're pushing for more in-office days, which can be tough. There's not much wiggle room for last-minute remote requests, even for medical communications projects that don't need constant physical presence.
Advice to Management: Re-evaluate the hybrid work policy. More trust in employees for remote work, especially for roles like mine, would boost morale. Flexibility is key for retaining talent in this digital health age.
