Pros: It's a solid accounting firm if you want to build a career in audit. You get a good foundation in CPA work here. Sometimes, outside of busy season, leaving on time from the Tokyo office is actually possible.
Cons: Work flexibility is really tough at CPAエクセレントパートナーズ株式会社. As an Audit Associate, you're expected to be onsite pretty much every day. Remote work isn't really an option, even for days when you're not at a client site. The 'hybrid' model isn't a thing for our team.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more flexible work options for audit staff, even if it's just one remote day a week outside of busy season. It would really help with morale and work-life balance.
