Cons: Career growth really stalls after you hit mid-level. There aren't many opportunities for internal promotion to senior roles. The company's a smaller startup, so the pathways up just aren't there yet.
Advice to Management: You guys need to build out a clearer career progression plan. Invest in training for mid-level employees who want to move into senior roles. Right now, people leave for better opportunities because they can't grow here.
