Pros: Job security is pretty solid here, especially as a Training Specialist. They've always got corporate training projects, so I haven't worried about layoffs. It's a mid-sized corporate training company, so things feel pretty steady even with market changes in e-learning.
Cons: Career growth feels really slow. There's not much room to move up from my current instructional design role. Also, the fully remote setup can feel isolating, and sometimes communication gets tricky.
Advice to Management: Focus on creating clear career paths for employees, especially in learning and development (L&D) roles. Better team-building initiatives for remote staff would help too.
