Global R2P Project Manager
This role will be part of the Global Requisition to Pay Team and reports into Global R2P Lead and is based in Manila, Philippines. This role will play a critical role in transforming the Requisition To Pay (R2P) process on global scale.

What will you do:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Requisition to Pay Project Manager to lead and oversee all projects within the Requisition to Pay (R2P) function in run state. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of run state R2P initiatives, driving efficiency, and enhancing processes. Additionally, the Project Manager will provide support to the invoice processing team in Manila during the TSA Exit transition to ensure a smooth and stable handover from p.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead and manage R2P projects from assessing project criticality, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budget management.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for all R2P project stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.Facilitate regular project meetings and updates to keep stakeholders informed of progress and challenges.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration.
Process Improvement
Collaborate with the GPO to facilitate process improvement initiatives, acting as a liaison between the GPO and regional Operations team
Support Invoice Processing team
Train and mentor team members as necessary to ensure a smooth transition.Provide hands-on support to the invoice processing team in Manila during the TSA Exit transition, ensuring operational stability.Assist in troubleshooting issues and developing solutions for the team to maintain workflow during the transition period.
Reporting and Documentation
Prepare and present regular status reports on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management.Document project processes, lessons learned, and best practices for future reference.

What we are looking for
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience in project management, preferably within the finance or procurement domains.Familiarity with Requisition to Pay processes and systems is highly desirable.Strong analytical skills and experience in process improvement methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
