1. Business & Functional Analysis
- Participate in requirements gathering workshops and interviews with business users
- Document functional requirements using user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Perform gap-fit analysis between standard D365 CE functionality and business needs
- Create and maintain functional specification documents and configuration workbooks
- Map business processes (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service) to D365 capabilities
- Support change management activities (training materials, user adoption tracking)
2. Configuration & Solution Delivery
- Build and configure entities, forms, views, business process flows, and dashboards in sandbox environments
- Create and maintain Power Automate flows for business automation
- Set up security roles, business units, and field-level security
- Configure out-of-the-box and custom reports / dashboards (Power BI embedded)
- Perform data migration tasks (using Data Loader or Azure Data Factory templates)
- Execute system and user acceptance testing (test case creation and execution)
