Role Overview

We are looking for an Admin Associate to manage day-to-day administrative activities, ensure smooth office operations, coordinate with vendors, maintain records, and support different teams with operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Handle vendor coordination, quotations, invoices, and service renewals
  • Maintain records, documentation, and administrative reports
  • Coordinate office supplies, pantry, housekeeping, and facility management
  • Support employee onboarding and documentation processes
  • Track attendance, office assets, and inventory records
  • Coordinate travel bookings, meetings, and logistics when required
  • Assist in processing reimbursements and administrative payments
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain organized records
  • Support cross-functional teams with operational and administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–2 years of experience in administration, operations, or similar roles preferred
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
