Role Overview
We are looking for an
Admin Associate to manage day-to-day administrative activities, ensure smooth office operations, coordinate with vendors, maintain records, and support different teams with operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle vendor coordination, quotations, invoices, and service renewals
- Maintain records, documentation, and administrative reports
- Coordinate office supplies, pantry, housekeeping, and facility management
- Support employee onboarding and documentation processes
- Track attendance, office assets, and inventory records
- Coordinate travel bookings, meetings, and logistics when required
- Assist in processing reimbursements and administrative payments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain organized records
- Support cross-functional teams with operational and administrative tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in administration, operations, or similar roles preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
