Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Managing Directors schedule, appointments, and meetings
Handle all tasks assigned by the Managing Director
Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and monitor action items
Screen calls, emails, and other communications
Treat all confidential data with strict discretion and security
Perform all tasks with a sense of urgency
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related field
Previous experience in an executive support or administrative role is an advantage
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Highly dependable, proactive, and trustworthy
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
