Job Description

Promote and market the property portfolio of Vista Residences.
Lead a sales program that covers prospecting, nurturing, and converting leads generated from various digital media platforms supported by the company.
Produce and achieve the monthly sales target by addressing client inquiries, property previews and site visits
Provide after-sales service through documentation, relationship building, and referral assistance.
Create digital campaigns and content to further generate awareness and client engagement.
Execute and pursue innovative digital marketing initiatives to generate quality sales leads and opportunities.

Job Requirements

Must be 21 to 25 yrs. old
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising or any equivalent courses
Digitally-savvy; proficiency in video or photo editing is a plus
Knowledgeable on various digital platforms
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Great negotiation and presentation skills
Creative, driven and motivated to exceed sales target
Real estate sales experience is an advantage  Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
