This London-founded AI professional services firm partners with global leaders in investment management, trade, and marketing to deploy rigorous, high-quality AI solutions. As a Digital Marketing & Sales Support Associate, you will work closely with the CEO Co-Founder to manage and scale core marketing, website maintenance (WordPress/Divi), and sales support processes. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in social media, presentation development, and SEO to drive productivity using enterprise AI. This is a part-time (20 hours/week), permanent home-based independent contractor position tailored for a self-driven individual eager to advance their marketing and AI skills within the UK and Australian markets.
Job Highlights
Schedule: Flexible during UK business hours with specific event attendance/work between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM UK Time (20 hours per week)
Responsibilities
1. Content Development (30% Weighting)
Objective: Deliver high-quality content marketing at scale.
- AI Insights Content: Transform raw notes, event materials, and topics into original, high-impact ~600-word blogs and LinkedIn posts. Handle image editing and page design.
- Target: $\ge 5$ posts/week (avg. 1/day). Maintain executive-ready quality requiring $<15$ minutes of CEO review with zero repeated feedback.
- AI Use Case Content: Research and produce blogs detailing AI applications within core markets (Investment Management, International Trade, Marketing).
- Target: 2–3 case study blogs per week published to the website and LinkedIn.
- Website & SEO/GEO Maintenance: Optimize all web content for traditional SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization). Maintain the WordPress/Divi site to reflect current AI trends.
- Target: $\ge 1$ comprehensive website update (covering 6 pages) per month.
2. Presentation Delivery & Event Coordination (50% Weighting)
Objective: Ensure operational excellence and smooth delivery of practical AI training, workshops, and presentations.
- Deck & Agenda Management: Create, polish, and brand training/sales decks for absolute flawless design and grammar. Manage precise time-tracking agendas.
- Target: Refresh/develop 6 comprehensive decks per month, finalized and approved 7 days prior to delivery.
- Event & Webinar Logistics: Manage calendars, coordinate regional speakers/partners (UK & Australia), set up Zoom/Teams links, and distribute pre-work materials.
- Target: Complete all preparations 5 days before the session; integrate pre-course survey data into the framework.
- Live Session Support: Provide real-time operational support (manage Q&A, track module timing, handle speaker transitions, capture notes/images for marketing).
- Target: Maintain strict schedule adherence; agenda variance must not exceed 15%.
3. AI-Enabled Productivity & Process Improvement (20% Weighting)
Objective: Leverage AI to increase output speed and volume without sacrificing quality control.
- Strategy & Support: Partner with the CEO to iterate the content strategy and proactively offload tasks to optimize executive productivity.
- Documentation: Map out and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for your areas of responsibility.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain weekly updates on tasks and review personal OKRs (including productivity metrics like time-to-publish for event recaps) with the CEO.
Core Requirement: Reliability & Dependability
Objective: Act as a self-driven, completely dependable foundational asset for the CEO.
- Protecting Executive Time: Consistently deliver final-draft work. Zero repeated feedback and minimal CEO oversight ($<15$ mins) are mandatory to prevent leadership micro-editing.
- Confidentiality & Security: Adhere strictly to cybersecurity protocols and data handling agreements for regulated-sector clients (e.g., financial services). Guarantee absolute data protection.
- Flawless Operational Execution: Eliminate lapses in client experience by strictly meeting the 7-day deck deadline and 5-day material distribution window.
- AI Ownership: Take full human responsibility for AI-generated outputs. Use AI for speed, but exercise rigorous quality control to ensure all work meets the company’s elite standards.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing (content writing, social media management, SEO, online events, or sales support roles).
- Language Skills: Exceptional English copywriting, copyediting, and professional proofreading skills suited for an executive/technical audience.
- AI Technical Comfort: Active interest and immediate capability to learn and adopt advanced corporate AI platforms, specifically Google Gemini Pro and Google NotebookLM.
- Platform Proficiency:
- CMS: WordPress (Must have hands-on experience with Divi Builder).
- SEO: Experience with RankMath or similar; fundamental understanding or eagerness to train in GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation).
- Design & Workspace: Canva (basic image/video formatting), MS PowerPoint / Google Slides, and Google Drive ecosystem.
- Events: MS Teams / Zoom logistics management.
- Work Style: Excellence driven in achieving and improving to high standards of work, strong sense of responsibility and accountability to deliver, strong and reliable work ethic, extremely detail-oriented, capable of managing strict daily deadlines independently, and comfortable communicating across global time zones and with a business audience (UK and Australia).
