Learning & Development Intern (Multimedia Arts)
Role Overview: We are seeking a
Multimedia Arts Intern to support L&D initiatives through creative design, multimedia production, and visual storytelling. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating engaging visuals and enhancing the learner experience through design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design graphics and visual assets for training materials, campaigns, and presentations
- Assist in creating eLearning modules (e.g., Storyline, Rise, or similar tools)
- Support video editing for training content, internal communications, and engagement initiatives
- Help conceptualize and execute photoshoots for company and L&D activities
- Develop visual branding for learning programs and campaigns
- Create posters, infographics, and digital content to boost learning engagement
- Collaborate with the L&D team to enhance user experience in training materials
- Assist in maintaining a library of visual and multimedia assets
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Basic video editing and layout design skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Interest in L&D, training, or digital learning is a plus
