Data-Driven Optimization: Track and analyze key performance metrics (Conversion Rate, ARPPU, Participation Rate, ROI). Iteratively refine strategies based on data insights and standardize successful methodologies into operational SOPs.
Brand Growth & Community Engagement: Leverage campaigns to stimulate UGC and boost brand presence across overseas social platforms (FB, IG, TikTok). Enhance player sense of belonging through interactive topics and community-driven initiatives.
Requirements
Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above; 2+ years of experience in online monetization or campaign operations. Background in the gaming or social media industry is highly preferred.
Project Management: Proficient in the end-to-end process of campaign planning and execution with a proven track record of successful case studies.
Analytical Skills: Strong data sensitivity with the ability to perform in-depth post-mortem analyses and pivot strategies based on real-time feedback.
Creative Thinking: Exceptional creative flair and copywriting skills to produce compelling campaign concepts tailored to the Philippine market.
