In this role, your mission is to ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant new business insurance transactions. You will make a direct impact by:
- Processing new business applications with precision to ensure flawless policy setup.
- Managing data entry, proposals, invoices, and reporting to support fast and compliant operations.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external clients to deliver a seamless end-to-end insurance experience.
This Role Is for You If…
Experience:
- You are a college graduate with 3–5 years of admin assistant or related experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Core Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Comfort using business systems and platforms for data entry and reporting
