What You’ll Do

  • Prepare new business, renewal, and endorsement documents across multiple insurance products, including Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, Cyber Liability, and General Insurance
  • Review insurer-issued policy documents for accuracy and escalate issues for correction
  • Assist with premium funding quotes, submissions, confirmations of cover, and other client documentation
  • Maintain accurate client records, data entry, and back-office support to help brokers focus on client service
  • Communicate effectively with brokers and managers via email, chat, phone, and video conferencing


Key Criteria

  • Preferably 3-5 years’ experience in an insurance administration or financial services support.
  • Experience in remote/offshore support for Australian or Western clients is highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality documentation
  • Clear and professional written communication skills; confident in email-based correspondence
  • Strong task management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple workflows effectively


Work setup

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PH local time) with a hybrid setup (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home) after a 6 months onsite probation.
