Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across various departments.
- Manage and organize documents and digital files with high accuracy.
- Utilize MS Office applications to create reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts to ensure smooth operation.
- Handle multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Math, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Office Administration, Bookkeeping, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Keen attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Highly trainable and a strong team player.
- Must be willing to work in the Mandaluyong area.
