Project Assistant & Estimator (JobTread Experience)

Build Launch supports construction teams across global project environments, delivering structured systems, workflows, and digital expertise into real projects.

We are currently looking for a Project Assistant & Estimator to support project coordination, cost management, and estimating workflows across high-end Residential Construction projects in the USA.

As part of the team, you will work alongside Project Managers and construction professionals to support:

• Tendering and BOQ preparation
• Project scheduling and coordination
• Progress tracking, reporting, and documentation
• Communication with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Cost reporting and contract administration
• Maintaining project files, photos, and key documentation
• Assisting with estimating workflows using JobTread Software

Your role supports more efficient project delivery, stronger coordination, and improved outcomes across project environments.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and estimating within construction
• Minimum 2 years of US based Residential Construction industry experience
• Experience using the JobTread - Project Management Software is Essential
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
• Experience with construction systems such as Procore, Planswift, Bluebeam & JobTread
