Project Assistant & Estimator

Build Launch supports construction teams across global project environments, delivering structured systems, workflows, and digital expertise into real projects.

We are currently looking for a Project Assistant & Estimator to support project coordination, cost management, and estimating workflows across residential and commercial construction projects.

What You’ll Be Working On

As part of the team, you will work alongside Project Managers and construction professionals to support:

• Tendering and BOQ preparation
• Project scheduling and coordination
• Progress tracking, reporting, and documentation
• Communication with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Cost reporting and contract administration
• Maintaining project files, photos, and key documentation

Your role supports more efficient project delivery, stronger coordination, and improved outcomes across project environments.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project assistance or estimating within construction
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
• Experience with construction systems such as Planswift, Bluebeam, Buildertrend, Buildxact, Procore, Simpro, or similar

Do You Meet the Requirements?

These benchmarks ensure readiness for global construction environments:

• 4 years total professional experience
• 3 years of role-specific experience (project assistance or estimating)
• 2 years of experience in remote or international project environments
• Proficiency in relevant construction tools and systems
