Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Programmer/IT Technical Support to join our team in a fast-paced collection agency environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving company systems such as
ROBOCAT, CRM, and
SMS platforms, while also providing technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role requires both programming knowledge and hands-on IT troubleshooting skills to ensure smooth business operations.
Scope Of Work
- Provide technical support for company systems including ROBOCAT, CRM, SMS, and other internal applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Maintain and support desktop computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Perform PC reformatting, software installation, configuration, and upgrades as needed.
- Assist in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of internal systems and automation tools.
- Write, modify, and troubleshoot scripts or programs to improve workflow efficiency.
- Support database management, data extraction, and report generation.
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime of critical applications.
- Assist in troubleshooting integration issues between CRM, SMS, and other collection-related platforms.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand system requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Document system changes, troubleshooting procedures, and technical support activities.
- Study and understand existing company systems for continuous improvement and support.
- Ensure data security, backup processes, and proper system access management.
Expected Deliverables
- Fully operational and stable IT systems, including the PARMI system.
- Timely responses to user concerns and IT service requests.
Qualifications
Knowledgeable in basic programming skills such as PHP, JavaScript, Python, VB.NET, HTML, and CSS
Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Knows how to reformat and configure PCs
Familiar with databases and automation tools such as MySQL, MariaDB, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Power Automate, or scripting tools is an advantage
Willing to learn and study existing company systems
Can work independently and provide technical support when needed
