Job Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical support for the configuration, installation, use and troubleshooting of Multifunction Printer Devices at customer sites
Respond to customer support requests and ensure they are resolvedquickly, accurately, and professionally (escalate problems as needed)
Ensure timely and effective delivery of technical support services incompliance with service level agreement defined with customer
Diagnose and resolves hardware and software problems
Provide training to end-user for troubleshooting or device functionality
Conduct preventive maintenance on Multifunction Printer Devices asscheduled
Manage supplies inventory toners, kits, parts and ensure accurate andup-to-date reports
Coordinate with services team and supervisor for daily activities, ticketclosure, escalations
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive customerrelationship
Prepare weekly reports on daily activities and repair cases
Develop improvement initiatives and proposes new ideas to solve andcomplete tasks
Leverage all available documentation, best practices, knowledge-basedarticles and other vehicles to assist customers
Maintain technical competence by keeping abreast of certifications,attending training.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess a Bachelors/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 2-3 years related work experience
With average written and verbal communication skills
With certified training and service experience with any printer or copier vendoris an advantage
Knowledgeable in laptop / desktop (hardware/software) and printertroubleshooting
Positive, service-oriented personality
Must be able to work independently and reliably with minimal supervision
Strong time management and organization skills and self-motivator.
