Human Resources Duties
Responsible in recruitment processes including job posting, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leave, and timekeeping data.
Help implement company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance evaluations.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Responsible for Government Remittances such as SSS, HDMF and PhilHealth
Administrative Duties
Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
Coordinate office maintenance and administrative support services.
Prepare reports, memos, presentations, and correspondence.
Handle filing systems and document management.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
Ensure office operations run efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Proven experience in HR and administrative support is preferred.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Reporting Line
Reports directly to the HR Manager and Management.
