Human Resources Duties

  • Responsible in recruitment processes including job posting, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leave, and timekeeping data.
  • Help implement company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance evaluations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for Government Remittances such as SSS, HDMF and PhilHealth

Administrative Duties

  • Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and administrative support services.
  • Prepare reports, memos, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle filing systems and document management.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Ensure office operations run efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and administrative support is preferred.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Reports directly to the HR Manager and Management.
