Identify, recruit, and collaborate with KOLs and content creators to promote the brand across social media platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, ensuring long-term partnerships and successful campaign execution.
Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and budgets with influencers to maximize ROI.
Monitor influencer content performance, analyze campaign data, and optimize strategies based on insights.
Stay up to date with social media trends and competitor strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, creative, E-Commerce, product) to align influencer content with brand messaging and promotional goals.
Write the content angle brief for each campaign.

Job Requirements

Experienced in relevant beauty industry.
Network & Outreach Strong connections with influencers and the ability to identify the right KOLs for different campaigns.
Negotiation & Communication Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage influencer relationships and secure optimal partnerships.
Project Management Strong organizational skills to manage multiple influencer collaborations and campaigns simultaneously.
