Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and recruit KOLs, influencers, livestream hosts, and content creators across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Negotiate collaboration terms, talent fees, contracts, and campaign deliverables.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure all content meets brand guidelines.
  • Track campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations for future collaborations.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and emerging influencers.
  • Work closely with the Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative teams to develop effective campaign strategies.
  • Maintain an organized database of influencers, campaign reports, and partnership records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 13 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, digital marketing, social media, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms is an advantage.
