Identify, source, and recruit KOLs, influencers, livestream hosts, and content creators across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
Plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
Negotiate collaboration terms, talent fees, contracts, and campaign deliverables.
Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure all content meets brand guidelines.
Track campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations for future collaborations.
Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and emerging influencers.
Work closely with the Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative teams to develop effective campaign strategies.
Maintain an organized database of influencers, campaign reports, and partnership records.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
At least 13 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, digital marketing, social media, or a related role.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experience with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms is an advantage.
