  • Source and evaluate suppliers of construction materials, goods, and services.
  • Negotiate and secure the most cost-effective contracts and deals with suppliers and vendors.
  • Place bulk orders and manage purchase orders in accordance with project schedules.
  • Prepare and submit cost analysis reports and purchasing summaries for management review.
  • Review and ensure the quality of products and materials prior to approval and procurement.
  • Make accurate scheduling requests for the timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain complete and up-to-date records of all orders, payments, receipts, and supplier communications.
  • Report and document any damaged or faulty purchases immediately.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics/delivery teams, and warehouse staff for smooth receipt and inventory of goods.
  • Maintain healthy, professional working relationships with existing vendors and continuously evaluate new potential suppliers.
  • Support warehouse and site teams with any supply-related issues or requests.
  • 1-3 Yrs Experience in the same Position
  • Familiarity with construction materials and supply chain requirements is required.
  • Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and compare costs, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and time management.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic inventory/purchasing software or ERP systems.
