Responsibilities – How will you do this?
- Deliver actionable insights through monthly internal reports and assist the Go Rewards team with quarterly partner presentations to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for the Go Rewards team and partners to track performance metrics and KPIs.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses in response to stakeholder requests and through independent data explorations to uncover growth opportunities, risks, and areas for optimization.
- Manage end-to-end data projects , including timelines, stakeholder communication, and report delivery.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating sources and refining reporting processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Tech, Program, and Partner Teams to align analytics with business goals.
- Support partner onboarding by defining tracking requirements and ensuring seamless data integration.
Technical Skills
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics ,
- or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, aggregations) and Python for data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with dashboard tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights —from extraction to visualization and storytelling.

- Stakeholder management : Comfortable with presenting insights to partners and internal teams, and managing expectations and deadlines.
- Project management : Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and document processes.

- Attention to detail : Ensure accuracy in data querying and reports and dashboards.

- Knowledge of customer loyalty programs or retail/e-commerce analytics.
