What you'll be doing
Supervising and coaching a team of call centre agents to deliver exceptional customer service
Monitoring team performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
Providing on-the-job training and development to upskill your team
Fostering a positive, collaborative, and productive team culture
Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Reporting on team metrics and making recommendations to drive continuous improvement
Handling complex customer queries and escalations
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a call centre or customer service environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address performance issues
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
