What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls to assist customers with telecom products, billing, services, and technical concerns
- Deliver accurate information and offer effective solutions
- Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service
- Manage customer complaints and work toward quick resolution
- Maintain proper documentation of each interaction in the system
Who Can Apply
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum or SHS Graduate – New Curriculum)
- College undergraduates and fresh graduates are welcome
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule (including holidays and weekends)
- Must currently reside in Metro Manila
