Are you detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring smooth financial transactions? We are looking for a Payments Processor to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a vital part in managing new sales opportunities and ensuring accurate payment processing.

Job Responsibilities

As a Payments Processor, your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Review and Process New Opportunity Files: Oversee and manage new opportunity contracts and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team on new submissions, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
  • Schedule and Process Payments: Efficiently schedule and process payments to maintain financial accuracy and timeliness.
  • Submit Financing Files: Review and submit new financing files to the financing group, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Data Management: Upload offline files into the client data folder as needed, maintaining organized and accessible records.

  • Strong Communication Skills: You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with the sales team and other stakeholders.
