Sales Development Representative (SDR) – SaaS
We're looking for hungry, competitive, and highly motivated SDRs who know how to generate pipeline, qualify prospects, and consistently book meetings.
This is not a role for order takers. We want individuals who are comfortable leading conversations, asking discovery questions, uncovering pain points, and qualifying opportunities before handing them off to the sales team.
What You'll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Engage decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Ask thoughtful discovery questions to uncover business challenges and opportunities.
- Qualify prospects against established criteria.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Consistently hit and exceed activity and meeting targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of SDR, BDR, or SaaS sales experience.
- Proven experience selling SaaS products or services.
- Strong outbound prospecting and cold-calling experience.
- Comfortable handling objections and navigating gatekeepers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly coachable and results-driven.
- Experience working with CRM and sales engagement tools.
