Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business leaders and department heads to align HR strategies with organizational goals
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Support workforce planning, manpower forecasting, and organizational development initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Coach and advise managers on people management and leadership matters
  • Facilitate performance reviews, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to support business decisions
  • Lead and support change management and organizational improvement projects
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition efforts when necessary
  • Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions for employee concerns
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted HR advisor

Qualifications

  • Preferably female (FOR DAVAO)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 35 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a Generalist, Supervisor, or HRBP role
  • Strong background in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Performance Management, and Recruitment
  • Solid knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting operations, logistics, retail, manpower, or multi-site environments is an advantage
  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner with leaders at different levels
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
  • Analytical and capable of interpreting HR metrics and workforce data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally
