We are looking for an experienced
Retail Sales Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, ensure compliance with company standards, and drive sales and marketing initiatives. This role manages store openings, inventory control, staff performance, and promotional activities to boost customer satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and implement store manuals, policies, and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate store openings, expansions, and operational rollouts.
- Monitor inventory levels and resolve supply chain issues.
- Supervise, train, and coach staff to enhance performance.
- Manage sales activities, product displays, and staff scheduling.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights.
- Oversee promotional materials and incentive programs.
- Collaborate with external marketing agencies when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- At least 5 years of supervisory or team lead experience in retail operations.
- Strong knowledge of store operations, inventory control, and staffing.
- Familiarity with sales reporting, compliance, and performance analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proven experience in supervising, scheduling, and training retail staff.
- Knowledge of inventory systems, stock rotation, and loss prevention practices.
