We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team in achieving company targets. The role involves supervising daily sales activities, guiding sales staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth coordination with clients and other departments.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the daily activities of the sales team
- Monitor sales performance and help ensure targets are met
- Guide and assist team members in handling clients and closing deals
- Review and follow up on client inquiries, quotations, and projects
- Conduct client meetings and site visits when needed
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, and other departments
- Prepare sales reports and updates for management
- Help resolve client concerns and issues
- Ensure proper execution of sales processes and procedures
- Assist in training and mentoring sales staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- With experience in sales (supervisory experience is an advantage)
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Goal-oriented and able to handle a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate
- Willing to do fieldwork and client visits when needed
