Serve as the lead advocate and subject matter expert for all products within the assigned portfolio.
Design and implement a strategic, cost-effective marketing plan, ensuring timely execution of all initiatives.
Continuously assess and analyze internal and external factors impacting product performance, including market competition, pricing trends, regulatory guidelines, and distribution channels.
Collaborate with the Training Manager to create effective training programs and support the delivery of product training for Sales team members.
Maintain regular engagement with Sales teams to strengthen and expand their product knowledge and capabilities.
Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders in relevant specialty areas.
Develop and maintain accurate monthly rolling forecasts for assigned products.
Execute projects and responsibilities assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager in alignment with strategic priorities.
Undertake additional tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor to support overall organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a business-related course
At least 3 years of experience in Brand management (Oncology)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical setting
At least 3 years of experience in market research, data analysis, and interpretation
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development and management
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Computer literate with solid presentation skills
Willing to travel nationwide and conduct fieldwork
