Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary product champion for all items within the assigned portfolio.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive and cost-efficient marketing plan, ensuring all initiatives are launched on schedule.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate factors affecting product performance, including competitors, pricing strategies, regulatory requirements, retail channels, and distribution networks.
  • Work closely with the Training Manager to design training modules and materials for new Sales team members, and assist in delivering product training sessions.
  • Continuously engage with Sales teams to enhance and update their product knowledge.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key opinion leaders within the relevant specialty areas.
  • Prepare and maintain updated monthly rolling forecasts for assigned products.
  • Carry out responsibilities assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager in support of strategic goals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a business-related course
  • At least 3 years of experience in Brand management (CNS)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical setting
  • At least 3 years of experience in market research, data analysis, and interpretation
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development and management
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Computer literate with solid presentation skills
  • Willing to travel nationwide and conduct fieldwork
