Act as the primary product champion for all items within the assigned portfolio.
Develop and execute a comprehensive and cost-efficient marketing plan, ensuring all initiatives are launched on schedule.
Regularly monitor and evaluate factors affecting product performance, including competitors, pricing strategies, regulatory requirements, retail channels, and distribution networks.
Work closely with the Training Manager to design training modules and materials for new Sales team members, and assist in delivering product training sessions.
Continuously engage with Sales teams to enhance and update their product knowledge.
Build and sustain strong relationships with key opinion leaders within the relevant specialty areas.
Prepare and maintain updated monthly rolling forecasts for assigned products.
Carry out responsibilities assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager in support of strategic goals.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a business-related course
At least 3 years of experience in Brand management (CNS)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical setting
At least 3 years of experience in market research, data analysis, and interpretation
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development and management
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Computer literate with solid presentation skills
Willing to travel nationwide and conduct fieldwork
