Hiring: Senior Backend Developer (Java/Python) | 8+ Years Experience

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications and APIs.
Build scalable and secure microservices using Java and/or Python.
Develop and optimize database structures, queries, and integrations.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve application performance and reliability.
Work with AWS cloud services to deploy and manage applications.
Requirements
8+ years of backend development experience.
Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python.
Experience with Java frameworks and libraries (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven, Gradle).
Hands-on experience with MongoDB and relational databases such as SQL/MySQL.
Strong understanding of API development, system architecture, and backend best practices.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipeline integrations.
Practical experience with AWS Cloud services.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
