Job Overview
Full-time for a mid–senior Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on back-end development and cloud infrastructure. You’ll design, build, and operate reliable services on AWS, working from idea → code → launch → maintenance with a diverse, fast-growing team.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable APIs/services in Python and/or Node.js.
- Design, deploy, and operate AWS infrastructure (security, reliability, cost).
- Own data layers (relational/NoSQL), integrations, and observability.
- Write tests, participate in code reviews, and ship via CI/CD.
- Partner across product/design to deliver end-to-end features.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
- 2–3+ years professional experience in software development.
- Strong Python and/or Node.js back-end experience.
- AWS expertise with 2+ advanced/professional certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect – Professional, DevOps Engineer – Professional) and the ability to demonstrate advanced architectural proficiency.
- Proven GitHub collaboration and development best practices (branching, PRs, reviews, CI/CD).
- Demonstrated product impact across the full lifecycle (ideation → launch → iteration).
- Clear communication, ownership mindset, and curiosity for new/emerging tech.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, AI Windsurf, Claude, or GitHub Copilot.
Nice to Have
- Containers/serverless on AWS; IaC (Terraform or CDK); GraphQL/REST; performance tuning; security best practices.
