Responsibilities

Coordinates with encoding staff to ensure accuracy and timely processing of pre-encoded laboratory data
Liaises with the laboratory team for validation of results
Reviews, proofreads, and validates medical results prior to final approval and release
Supports on-site medical services in improving turnaround time and efficiency
Participates in Health Systems Key Element Surveys and quality assurance activities
Ensures compliance with company standards and government regulations (e.g., DOH, DOLE)
Performs other duties as assigned by management
