Work Arrangement: Work From Home
Location: Any CS Branch - Makati/Ortigas/Cebu/Mabalacat/Angeles/ Davao
Schedule: Night Shift
This role is a
CS Everywhere - Work from Home setup with unlimited access to Cloudstaff Offices when you need it. CS Everywhere includes Fiber Internet, UPS, PC/Laptop. Ability to use the office when there are Internet or power issues. Pop in and have a coffee with teammates.
The Intake Department serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients to determine eligibility for disability benefits. The team is responsible for pre-screening callers, answering preliminary questions, and presenting the benefits of having legal representation in their disability claims. Intake Specialists play a key role in making the sale by guiding prospective clients through the decision-making process and discussing services. When eligibility is confirmed, the team sends representation paperwork and ensures timely follow-up to complete onboarding.are essential, with an expectation of completing over 100 calls and related tasks daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, explaining services, answering questions, and enrolling eligible clients.
- Prepare and send representation paperwork, address client questions, and ensure all documentation is signed and completed before transferring cases to the next department.
- Handle a high-volume, phone-intensive workload, making primarily outbound calls (approximately 90% outbound, up to 200 calls daily) and responding to inbound calls as needed.
- Follow detailed scripts and established procedures to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Enter client information and call details accurately in the Case Management System.
- Collaborate with supervisors and teammates through Microsoft Office tools, email, instant messaging, and video calls.
- Maintain focus, professionalism, and efficiency at all times to ensure high-quality service and performance.
Qualification And Requirements
- Positive, confident, and empathetic communicator with a friendly, engaging phone presence.
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills; able to handle emotional or difficult conversations calmly and professionally.
- Compassion and understanding, with the ability to support clients through sensitive situations while maintaining focus and productivity.
- Able to show up to work on time as scheduled and work the entire day; with the ability to work full-time hours (40 hours per week).
- Demonstrate reliability, dedication, responsibility, and trustworthiness, especially in a work-from-home environment. Must not be the primary caretaker of a dependent during work hours.
- Mental, emotional, and physical capacity to talk on the phone (in English) more than 95% of the day, while maintaining accurate data entry.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute) with clear, concise notetaking and attention to detail.
Non-negotiable Skills & Requirements
- The candidates should also take the eSkill assessment prior to being interviewed
- They will go through two interviews before being hired
- Must have their own Fiber connection at home, apart from the ISP that CS will install, this should serve as their back up. CS Fiber ISP may take up to 6 to 8 weeks to get installed, also would depend on location if serviceable or not
- Be attentive to pre-onboarding instructions by the client
- Clear and natural speaking style, with appropriate tone and pace
