Job Description
We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join a growing support team. In this role, you’ll handle customer calls, identify patterns, surface operational issues, and escalate insights that improve both customer and client experience.
What you’ll do:
- Handle inbound customer support calls
- Communicate with English-speaking restaurant clients when needed
- Identify recurring issues and escalation risks
- Provide clear, actionable summaries to internal teams
- Track patterns and proactively surface insights

- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Analytical
- Open to shifting schedules
