Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Associate to support the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate must be reliable, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle filing, documentation, and office records management
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities
- Monitor office supplies and process purchase requests
- Answer inquiries and provide general office support
- Monitored utility consumption and coordinated bill payments.
- Managed and tracked company billings and related documentation.
- Coordinated maintenance and repair schedules for company vehicles, ensuring timely servicing and operational readiness.
- Perform other related duties assigned by management
Job Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in any field
- With more than two (2) years of work experience in administrative operations, office management, and facilities management
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Amenable to performing fieldwork and conducting off-site activities as needed to support operational and business requirements.
