Assists with administrative processes as directed.
Maintains databases as assigned.
Receives, prioritizes, issues and logs work order requests, receipts and daily transaction, monitors assignments to ensure work gets completed.
Designation area is at Highline (located at M.C. Briones St. Barangay Bakilid, Mandaue City Cebu) but training would take place at Avenir (located at Archbishop Reyes, Avenue, Cebu City).
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Background in customer service or client relations is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks and tight schedules.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Preferably living near Mandaue area.
Can start as soon as possible (on or before September 8)
