We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our micro-series platform focused on entertainment, edutainment, and self-development content.

The ideal candidate has strong experience marketing mobile and web applications, managing social media growth, and running performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google. This role will focus on customer acquisition, data analysis, and increasing user lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow our mobile and web app user base.

Manage customer acquisition campaigns across paid and organic channels.

Plan And Execute Performance Marketing Campaigns On

Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, UAC)

Lead social media marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Analyze campaign performance and user behavior using data and analytics tools.

Optimize funnels to improve conversion rates and user retention.

Work closely with the product team to improve user experience and growth metrics.

Implement strategies to increase customer lifetime value (LTV) and reduce acquisition cost (CAC).

Test and scale new growth channels and marketing experiments.

Requirements

Proven experience marketing mobile apps or web platforms.

Strong experience with performance marketing and media buying (Meta & Google).

Knowledge of organic and paid social media marketing strategies.

Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into growth strategies.

Experience with customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing.

Familiarity with growth marketing, conversion optimization, and retention strategies.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred

Experience with entertainment, media, or content platforms.

Background in subscription or freemium business models.

Experience with A/B testing, analytics tools, and attribution platforms.
