Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a
Senior .NET/React Engineer with Claude Code for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is a middle-market private equity firm that gathers information and reports to enhance environmental and social impacts on the customer’s business.
The project will focus on adding new
features to the existing platform. The scope of work is significant, and the customer expects the new functionality to be delivered by the end of 2026. Given strong momentum in adopting AI across the organization, this project is expected to make extensive use of
Claude Code to increase productivity, accelerate delivery, and maintain a high level of engineering quality.
Need overlap till 8:00 pm - 9:00 UA time.
Requirements
- 6+ years of strong experience in software engineering with a proven track record of delivering complex product features. NET/React.
- Advanced practical experience using Claude Code in real software development workflows.
- Expertise in working efficiently with AI-assisted development tools while maintaining strong engineering discipline and code quality.
- Understanding modern software development practices, including code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and agile collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with distributed teams.
- Experience contributing to projects with significant scope and long-term delivery timelines.
Nice to have
- Experience working on enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Background in data-heavy applications, reporting, calculations, or workflow-based systems.
- Familiarity with AI adoption initiatives within engineering organizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new functionality within the software platform.
- Use Claude Code extensively to support software development, code generation, refactoring, testing, documentation, and productivity improvements.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into reliable technical solutions.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and implementation planning.
- Support testing, debugging, and troubleshooting throughout the development lifecycle.
- Work effectively within an AI-assisted engineering environment and help identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency.
